Time flies, i am turning 19 in 1 month and 2 days.
still rmb the day i came church, it was like 3 years and 6 months ago.\
God has been my shepherd, my savior for these years.
I might have back-slighted for abt 8 months, i guess. due to parental objection and O level period.
But i still rmb tat i still pray to God. little and simple, and filled prayer.
God didn't fail to fulfill them. He is still there for me even when i back-slighted.
If you are back with God, and once had go away frm God,
Don't be ashame abt it. is because of the time when you are away from God, u can see the difference between life with and without God!
With God, your everyday life is guided by Him! He is a shepherd after all, and we are the lost sheeps!
Without God, you feel lost. you realize that something is missing inside you!
Is because i realize that missing thing inside of me, i know that it is God's guiding is missing in me!
That's why i came back to God myself.
Some back-slights, they are afraid of coming back themselves, so they wait for someone to invite them
For me, i know that i really need God alot alot!!!
i out down all pride, i contacted my cg member after 8 months w/o contact.
came back to God as a sinner, and once again, He is my saviour!
He will always be a saviour for everyone, but depends whether you want Him to be one for you!
He won't force the door open to let Himself in.
He wait for you to open the door and welcome in.
By then, you will know the greatness of God!!
i had a friend, his name is yeewee. ok someone i had a crush for 3 years, but now we are friends.
anyway, he was a buddist as his mum is. and he love his mum so much that he say that he will never be a christian.
did chat with him once in a while for 4 years.
2 years back, i went over to his facebook, and to my surprise, he is now a christian!
wow! thru this, there something inside me telling me that everyone has their own special time with God!
their own timing for themselves to open that door!
Is like no matter how anti-christ a person is, or stubborn, God is still the God of everyone's life!
author for everyone's life.
If u reject Him now, in future u can't predict whether are u gonna reject Him!
you will be touched by the miracles He is doing in all His children's lifes.
He will never ever forsake you in your weakness!!!
He will give you the strength and courage to move on!
He is like a single father, being both the father and mother!
He guides, loves, a friend, protector, a teacher, a shield, a sword!
Why do i say that God is a shield?
because He is always protecting us from harm when we are not ready, therefore a shield is more than a protector!
Why do i say that God is a sword?
because He is always there fighting with us. He sent His only son, Jesus, 2000 years ago to die on the cross for us. And Whatever we are going thru now, God has sent Jesus to go before us, and now Jesus is like fighting the 2nd time with you whatever you are facing!
Therefore He is like a sword! a sword, and a shield is what a knight need!
We are the knights! fighting for? fighting for God's kingdom! :D
The walk with God is not easy, therefore we cannot walk with our own strength!
Ask God for strength! We walk by faith, and not by sight!!!
Faith is the substance for things hope for, the evidence of things not seen!
Totally in love with this verse, Psalm 34:4
"I sought the Lord, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears."
Amen!
